Friday, August 26, 2022 - Disgorged July, 2016. Deep yellow, good remaining mousse. Ginger, wheat, and faint bitter citrus. Medium to full bodied, moderately nutty and oxidative. This particular bottle features vanilla and savory flavors rather than fruit. Increasingly creamy feel followed by terrific acidity and stone. Best after being open for several hours.
