Saturday, September 30, 2023 - July 2021 disgorgement. My first Selosse and did not dissapoint. Exceptionally concentrated sweet lemon confit, toffee, brioche, muscat grape, espelette pepper. I’m not a big fan of highly oxidative champagnes but this was within my limits and drank like an aged Batard Montrachet with bubbles. Exceptional. Too bad about the price. 96/100
