Monday, December 18, 2023 - (Disgorged in October 25th 2022, base year 2016 with reserves from 2015 and 2014, 100% Chardonnay from Avize, Cramant and Oger, dosage 2.5 gr/l)
Lovely oxidative note showing ripe apples, minerals and some hints of ginger, and opens up with baked bread and hazelnut in a delightful way. Intense palate showing dried green apples with a lovely lime peel bitterness on the lengthy finish.
(Best with 3-9 years extra cellaring)
