Friday, November 17, 2023 - Middag med A+N och P+H i Sundbyberg (A+N, Sundbyberg): (Disgorged in December 2016, base year 2010 with reserves from 2009 and 2008, 100% Chardonnay from Avize, Cramant and Oger)
Pleasant maturing showing candied orange zest, brioche, butter and cream in a pleasant way. Opens up with some notes of juniper as well, in a very pleasant way. Citrus acidity on the palate with a nice and smooth mid before a distinct lime zest bitterness takes over on the finish.
(Very youthful still with 7 extra years in the cellar)
