Saturday, February 3, 2024 - A year ago I wrote that I preferred a fresher style of Champagne, but I'm not sure I guess I like everything now. This bottle, degorged in 2022, showed quite oxidative, with some ripe apple, nuts, very intense, mousse that dissipated quite quickly. Great stuff.
