Saturday, March 16, 2024 - Jan 2017 disgorgement. Lovely nose with deep, rich flavors, very lightly oxidative notes, lemon, and a hint of smoke. Great acidity with more lemon on the palate, followed by minerals, toast, and bright fruit. Nice finish. This was excellent, probably one of the best Initials I've had. Complex, rich, well balanced, just a pleasure to drink!
