Friday, May 31, 2013 - As always, the wines from Selosse exhibits a lot of red apples, a rather elegant oxidative tone and sweet medium toast. This Initial, disgorged in April 2011 is no exception. The very typical Selosse nose is accompanied by a superb palate with a creamy mousse and nice acidity - again building on power but with a very elegant approach.
