Sunday, July 8, 2007 - this one had been disgorged in Apr 2005 and 2 years seems to be a soft spot for this champagne. It was hitting on all cylinders and it's simply one of the very best non-vintage champagnes out there. It's impossible not to be captivated by the nose, and the mouthfeel is just superb, an incredible combination of fat, power but also very delicate bubbles.
