Thursday, November 26, 2015 - Disgorged August 2014. Full bodied effervescent mouthfeel with low acidity. Sweet palate of creamy marscapone, vanilla, peaches, slate and a steel tinge. Definitely sweeter and more like a still wine than anticipated.
