Wednesday, December 30, 2015 - Disgorgement date 2008.

Quite different from the bottle earlier this month (d.2010). This one was more muted on nose, however after letting one glass sit for 2 hours, became opulent with caramel, toffee and citrus (lemon) aromas. Similar palate but even more mature, vinous and volume with plenty of honeyed flavors and some sherry notes. Love this with some age on it. This one is on a sweet spot if you like this type of champagne 93-94.
