Thursday, January 5, 2017 - (Disgorged in January 12th 2016) Yellow colour with a broad nose showing yellow apples, mature banana and orange peel. Feeling exactly like a fruit salad. Palate is youthfully acidic with same flavours as on the nose with a distinct long orange peel finish. After a couple of hours it feels more integrated and shows hints of coffee. This is good, but needs more time to settle down. Best with 3-8 years extra cellaring.
