Sunday, April 16, 2017 - Disgorged August, 2013. Medium yellow, transient bubbles. Bitter orange, herbs, and a brief whiff of caramel. Full bodied, just off dry. At a very nice equipoise between retaining some vivacious citrus and rounding out into more mature Champagne flavors with the earliest hint of oxidation. Excellent and long.
