Wednesday, June 14, 2017 - Disgorged 10/22/2013. As usual, great champagne, a tad leaner than i remember just out of the fridge, but gained volume, texture and depth while getting warmer. A lot of definition on the nose and palate with citrus, wild white flowers, some nuttiness and french pastry notes. Sails on and on a crystalline and saline finish. Drink or hold.
