Sunday, July 2, 2017 - Disgorged October, 2014. Deep yellow. Low pitched, oxidative nose. Very dry caramel without much fruit. Creamy entry, mineral finish. Not fatigued but definitely on the more oxidative, less vibrant side of Initial.
