Tuesday, July 25, 2017 - Somewhat oxidative. Closer to an aged Chardonnay vs a Champagne. Crisp and fresh all the same. Medium yellow color. The tiniest of bubbles. Some reduction. Butterscotch and carmel as the wine warms up. This is good and a specific wine.
