Monday, September 4, 2017 - Disgorged September of 2010. Notes of pear liqueur, ripe citrus and flowers. Rich and polished, rather confected but also very lively. Finishes with beautiful notes of glazed fruit pastry. Super yummy and satisfying. Should have vast appeal as Champagne goes.
