Sunday, September 17, 2017 - Disgorged 7/15. Everything's in perfect balance here - oxidation, fruit, and acid with the bubbles adding needed lightness. This is brilliant winemaking and absolutely worth the price. The Lieux-Dits are wonderful and distinct but I can't say they deliver more enjoyment than this despite being multiples of the price.
