Saturday, September 30, 2017 - Opens with a slight oxidized note which blows off and gets more complex with air. This is more creamy textured but with a crystalline purity and vivacious energy. This wine is clean and refreshing enough to have on its own or as an aperitif. I just kept going back to this. Delicious!
