Saturday, November 11, 2017 - This was tasted in Zalto Universal served at 12 degrees, nose was fresh no oxidative reminiscence, all wonderful, taste rather big and round long aftertaste. A typical Champagne with food like seafood or ham and cheese.
Needs air so a big glass, fine bubbles well integrated. Vintage 2007/2008/2009.
