Friday, December 8, 2017 - Fresh yet bold nose of lemon, white flower, toasted nut, and ginger. Full bodied, with a voluptuous mouthfeel and big flavors of apple and a zesty minerality. This bottle (unfortunately I didn't get the disgorgement date) was open-knit, accessible, and ready to drink.
