Wednesday, June 6, 2018 - 2010 disgorgement at a restaurant; I love this Champagne; bruised apple, honeysuckle, a hint of toasted walnut and brioche; the palate is rich and vinous yet still delivers the energy and freshness you want from a bubbly. Finishes long and lingers.
