Tuesday, September 4, 2018 - Disgorged April 2015.
Slightly oxidative in style, with lemon zest/lime notes. Bready, toasty 'initial'ly, but with air, it gained a lot of depth and picked up notes of peach, pear, and balanced acidity. Yum.. paired really well with a number of the courses at Benu.
