Wednesday, December 5, 2018 - Wasn't planning on opening this for a while longer, but...special occasion. Disgorged 16 July 2015, based on 07/08/09, I think (but have to double check). Decanted. Like a grand cru burgundy with bubbles. On the nose, some oxidative nutty notes, rich vanillin and toast, floral notes. On the palate, great acidity, bubbles supporting the nose, great richness...wow.
