Tuesday, January 1, 2019 - Fantastic. Medium to deep gold (darker than I would have imagined) with a good stream of bubbles that accent, but not dominate the wine. Lemon cream, toasted brioche, jasmine, honey...hard to pull your nose away. Listed as Brut but seems drier. Initially a rich/nutty palate that gives way to lemon curd, honeysuckle, lime zest and je ne sais quoi crisp minerality with a light dusting of smoke.
