Sunday, February 17, 2019 - The nose seems to suggest that some air or more bottle age might help - slightly reticent orchard fruit. But on the palate, this shows tremendous expressiveness and life with ripe appley, pear, orchard fruit, slightly autumnal but with a bit of citrus to keep it bright. Beautiful mousse. Lovely stuff.
