Sunday, March 10, 2019 - Disgorged in 2014. Similar to my previous note, very fresh on the nose, yellow and white flowers, pear, lemon cream and minerals, on the palate, very complex with structured layers of fruits like raspberries pie, lemon skin, and apple cream, quite mineral and a bit yeasty, acidity was very focused and lingering. Love it.
