Tuesday, March 17, 2020 - Disgorged April 2019. Vinous, deep gold, slightly oxidative and delicious. The nose comes across a bit more aged than the palate, which is remarkably bright and fresh.
Aromas: applesauce, walnut, brioche, pear, toast, vanilla, hints of butterscotch, medicinal plants and ocean breeze
Flavors: green apple, pear, Meyer lemon, brioche, toasted almond, vanilla, chalk, lemon zest, hint of salt
