Thursday, April 23, 2020 - Disgorged 2th August 2018. Honeyed colour and initially reticent nose. Palate evolved in the glass from initial citrus to deep savoury/ umami, with dried porcini and walnuts. Delicious fridge cold, but grew into something completely wonderful at it warmed up. Very lovely- need to get some more of this!
