bought for €85 in Paris in 2014
Quince. Very little ammonia and acetone. Mainly apple cider.
Mouth: moussage is on the lower side. Again, very little ammonia and acetone. firm citric acidity that's not overwhelmung. Tastes like a very dry cidre.
Drinks well, nothing sticking out or annoying.
