Perfect right now.
Mature tones of toasty brioche, smokiness, ripe yellow apples, coffee, fresh lovely acidity and long aftertaste. Velvety bubbles. Amazingly had after midnight in good company. The taste still lingers in my mind.

Was afraid it was overdue, the last one a dis-10 was abit over.
