Friday, October 15, 2021 - (Disgorged in December 2016, based on 2010, 2009 and 2008, 100% Chardonnay from Avize, Cramant and Oger, dosage 1.5 gr/l)
Lovely golden yellow colour with a maturing nose showing herbs, cream and yellow apples and some French nougat notes in a wonderful way. Intense on the palate with a softening acidity showing lime zest and red apples in a delicious way.
(Probably best with 3-9 years of extra cellaring)
