Sunday, July 24, 2022 - Disgorged 2016, archetypal broad and long with slightly oxidized, nutty notes along with over-ripe apples and lemon zest. Great start to the oysters, but above all bullseye with foie gras on a piece of brioche. Stunning champagne in its cote de beaune style.
