Sunday, September 20, 2020 - Very floral nose, fruity palate, not very developed. It was pleasant enough but should get better with time.

Or recently a group put in an order to a retailer in France and I stocked up on champagne and daily drinker burgundy (but not Chablis this time). Not hard to find good Chablis and always safe to have around because many people don’t like bigger Oaked Chardonnay, also Chablis less likely to clash with food....

9/27/2020 4:59:00 PM - I think burgers would be good with the bandol. And an hour would probably be fine. Taste when you open but it should be smoothed a bit by now. And maybe have a fruit bomb on standby for Carol. She might like the Bandol so make sure she tries!!
