Sunday, September 20, 2020 - Very floral nose, fruity palate, not very developed. It was pleasant enough but should get better with time.

Or recently a group put in an order to a retailer in France and I stocked up on champagne and daily drinker burgundy (but not Chablis this time). Not hard to find good Chablis and always safe to have around because many people don’t like bigger Oaked Chardonnay, also Chablis less likely to clash with food....
