Tuesday, April 11, 2023 - Opened for 1 hour. Color medium garnet with some age showing on rim. On the nose: Pepper, blackberries and plums. On the palate: Lots of pepper and spice, cola, blackberries and mixed red berries. I like the cola taste coming through. I would drink it now as fruit beginning to become subdued.
