Monday, February 7, 2022 - Puckery black cherry and black pepper followed by tar over soft tannins and long finish. Second day this is much improved. Off-putting puckery edge was significantly softened as was black-pepper spice though cherry tones darker to include blackberry. This needs at least a 1-hour decant. Still not super great for me.
