Friday, November 27, 2020 - Really bright, fresh and lemony. Nicely acidic. This would be great with fish. We were drinking as an aperitif so didn’t try with food yet. Looking forward to the glass I saved for day 2

11/29/2020 8:11:00 PM - I've had past vintages of this and liked it and scored it about the same, but never had a 2nd day. Let me know how it goes for you! (although, with what I've found with a couple of '18 chards, I wouldn't be a bit surprised if it drinks better than day 1)

11/30/2020 3:07:00 AM - Hey Mark, I did try on day 2 and it was fine. Maybe slightly more floral and waxy (which I like in a semillon) but I would not say substantially better.
