Tuesday, April 26, 2022 - A wonderful Bourgogne- aromatically detailed, pretty red/dark fruits intermingle on the nose. Palate wise, nicely balanced gaining weight and sweetness of fruit in the glass throughout the evening, and a wonderful pairing to pan seared pork chops smothered in mushroom-dijon sauce. The bottle is emptied before you know it and that is never a bad thing.
