Tuesday, December 12, 2023 - PnP. Nose of wet earth and sois bois. Palate of black cherry, graphite, iron, and clay with some dry blackberry notes peeking out at the end. Multi-layered tannins on the finish with violets, iodine, plum skins, and earth.
