Sunday, January 28, 2024 - PnP upfront lots of tart and bright red fruit, touch of organic earth and baking spice. This was constantly evolving over being open for a few hours.
After a couple of hours - the fruit took more of a backseat and the secondary and tertiary notes were more forward, then the last glass was black and red fruited and more delicate tea-like notes.
Pretty good value for Burgundy, even just pinot noir these days.
