Monday, August 9, 2021 - Anniversary 2021: Decant. Immediately expressive nose with deep purple fruit and spice garden. Lots of primary enjoyment on the palate but the baby fat needs time to shed to really show the class. Perfect Grand Cru weight and body. Lots of spices and hoisin and umami flavors. The primary fruit and spice combination gives it a touch of banana/coconut/tropical flavors on the finish.
