Saturday, March 6, 2021 - Deep, inky color.
Straight out of the bottle - - strawberry, black cherry on the nose.
Rich red fruits, some vanilla and oak, and a bit leather on the palate, with some tannins, leading to dry but fruity finish. Complex and takes time to appreciate and enjoy.
Decanting for at least an hour before serving with dinner...
