Saturday, March 2, 2024 - This lovely Hunter Valley Semillon has started to develop the classic HVS tertiary characters, with deep mineral, toasted brioche and honeysuckle notes. Medium-bodied, great persistence, soft lime acidity. It's quite generous at the moment, and I think this can be comfortably broached now and the next 7-10 years - doesn't need the cellar time of a Vat 1 from the classic years.
