Monday, September 12, 2022 - Popped and poured. Nose of violet, blackberry, black plum, garrigue and vanilla. Ripe black and red fruit, garrique and vanilla on the palate. Long ripe finish. Full bodied. Served with grilled pork tenderloin and plums.
