Saturday, September 11, 2021 - Pinot noir. Bottled 7/2014. Disgorged 6/2018.

Slightly golden color with delicate bubbles.
Nose golden fruit with hint of honey.
Palate initially some acidic lime, then golden fruit.

Still seeming young but pleasurable and fun to drink
