Saturday, July 11, 2020 - I like this... a lot. Tasted alongside a bunch of other inexpensive rosés and this one was my winner. Very pale color compared to others with an orange hue. Nose is white pepper and minerals. Not as overtly fruity as others. This comes through in the taste. I suspect that is the Mourvèdre as this reminds me of Domaine Ott Chateau Romassan. This doesn’t linger very long on the palate, however. A perfect summer wine.
