Sunday, May 23, 2021 - Just what a good provencal rose should be - peach and strawberry and a certain mineral-seawater nose and palate. Great acid supporting a fruit driven palate, tempered by good mineral extract. A bit of melon comes through, and just a bit of bitter herbal hints. Very long finish. Well made, good wine, right for region. Plenty of complexity and fun combined.
