Friday, May 5, 2023 - Delicious La Tâche. The wine was singing from the moment the bottle was opened. Fresh, subtle, long, complex, very refined and profound. ripe black and red fruits, aromas of rose, orange peel, mintiness on the nose. Really gorgeous, even if it will eventually get better with time.
