Friday, December 3, 2021 - The bottle was opened 8 hours ahead but the wine remained a little tight with tannins still quite obvious. But with swirling and time in the glass the wine started to show its class. Layered and complete. And the nose started to show some tea leaves and chemical box - very DRC. I will try to wait for a decade before opening my bottles.
