Tuesday, December 25, 2012 - Less mousse in this bottle or it may have been a function of the stemware. Had this with fig halves topped with a dollop of goat cheese, a drizzle of balsamic vinegar and then wrapped with pancetta and broiled. Yummy and a good match!
