Wednesday, January 15, 2020 - The nose has honeycomb, jasmine, rambutan, quince marmalade, a strong wintergreen and bubblegum note. Gobs of body with a strong creamy almond character. There is pronounced acidity and a long succulent finish. A bold take on chardonnay, and in my opinion best enjoyed sooner rather than later.
